Ridge and Route Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed once the advance payment (starting from INR 2000) is received. The remaining balance is payable as per the schedule shared in your all-inclusive quote. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
2. Quotes & Inclusions
Every quote clearly lists what is included — hotels, transport, sightseeing, and any complimentary inclusions. Personal expenses, meals not mentioned, entry fees not listed, and optional activities are excluded unless explicitly stated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel and the policies of the hotels and providers involved. The exact refund terms for your trip are shared with your quote before you pay. Advance amounts are adjusted against cancellation charges where applicable.
4. Travel Documents & Health
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID and any permits required for restricted areas (e.g., parts of Ladakh). Please consult your doctor regarding high-altitude travel if you have medical conditions.
5. Weather, Road Conditions & Itinerary Changes
Mountain travel is subject to weather, road closures, and local conditions. We may adjust itineraries for your safety and will always offer the best available alternative. No refunds are due for changes caused by events beyond our control, though we work to minimize any impact on your trip.
6. Liability
Ridge and Route acts as a tour organizer and is not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from third-party providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to decline service to any traveler whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to others, without refund.
